Chic Country Cottage with Vineyard Views

21 Scott Street Rutherglen 3685

Country house meets modern chic.

This country house in the heart of Rutherglen wine region offers chic accommodation in a country setting for the perfect relaxing escape with friends or family. Far enough from town to be perfectly peaceful but close enough for a short five minute stroll to the centre of town and local wine tasting and gourmet restaurants. On arrival a complimentary bottle of local wine, sourdough bread and locally roasted coffee.

The main living and kitchen is a light and bright space featuring a large open planing kitchen, living and dining room as you enter through a statement large pivot door. High ceilings and large windows grant plenty of natural light. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped and features a large island bench that can seat eight people.

The large back deck offers the perfect place to relax or entertain with couches and outdoor dining table, BBQ, basin and fans. The large back yard grants undisturbed views to surrounding farmland, olive groves and vineyards. The front deck offers spectacular sunset views over the vineyard.

The house is positioned on a generous property with plenty of space to play ball games or let the kids run around.
