Muscat Modern

Large ice blocks
30ml Classic Muscat (6-10 years)
30ml gin
Pineapple juice
1 lime for juice and garnish

Put your ice in a tumbler glass and pour in Classic Muscat and gin, squeeze in a slice of lime, then top with pineapple juice. Muddle together and garnish with a couple of lime wedges.

Muscat Cooler

Large ice blocks
30ml Rutherglen Muscat (3-5 years)
1 lime for juice and garnish
Tonic Water

Put your ice in a tumbler glass and pour in Rutherglen Muscat, squeeze in a slice of lime, then fill with tonic water. Mix together with a straw and garnish with a couple of lime wedges.

Muscat Affogato

Quality vanilla ice cream
30ml Rare Muscat (20-plus years)
30ml espresso

Place ice cream in a generous latte glass and top with the coffee and Rare Muscat.

Muscat Espresso Martini

Ice
30ml Rutherglen Muscat (11-19 years)
30ml espresso
30ml Kahlua
Coffee beans to garnish

Place ice, Grand Muscat, espresso and Kahlua into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a few coffee beans.

Muscat Sangria

2 handfuls of ice
1/4 Cup (60ml) Rutherglen Muscat (3-5 years)
Sliced fruit: orange, berries, apple.
2 cinnamon sticks
750ml of Rutherglen Shiraz

Add sliced fruit and Rutherglen Muscat to a jug and use a wooden spoon to lightly muddle the fruit with the Muscat. After a minute of muddling, add ice, cinnamon sticks and Shiraz. Serve in pretty glass jars and garnish with a slice of orange.

Makes one jug.

Muscat Fruit Cup

2 handfuls of ice
1/4 Cup (60ml) Classic Muscat (6-10 years)
Sliced fruit: lemon, berries, orange.
2 big sprigs of mint plus some leaves for garnish
750ml of dry ginger ale

Add sliced fruit, sprigs of mint, ice and classic Muscat to a jug and top with the ginger ale. Serve in gorgeous glassware with some mint leaves for garnish.

Makes one jug.
