This three bedroom house is in the heart of Rutherglen wine region offering clean, comfortable accommodation with thoughtful touches. Far enough from town to be perfectly peaceful but close enough for a short five minute stroll to the centre of town, local wine tasting and gourmet restaurants.

On arrival a complimentary bottle of local wine, sourdough bread and locally roasted coffee is included.

The classic floor plan plays host to high ceilings and timber floorboards and a spacious open plan kitchen and living area and an outdoor area grants guests with a great space to entertain or relax both inside or outdoors.

The outside offers a secure front yard and backyard for a dog or kids to run around as well as an established garden. Large carport suitable for four cars or a caravan, boat or trailer.

Modern conveniences include air conditioning, heating and additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.

High chair, change mat, portable cot and baby bath are available upon request.
