MUSCAT FRUIT CUP (makes 1 jug)
2 handfuls of ice
1/4 Cup (60ml) Classic Rutherglen Muscat (6-10 years)
Sliced fruit: lemon, berries, orange.
2 big sprigs of mint plus some leaves for garnish
750ml of dry ginger ale
Add sliced fruit, sprigs of mint, ice and Classic muscat to a jug and top with the ginger ale. Serve in gorgeous glassware with some mint leaves for garnish.
