Join Ian and Courtney at Woodstock Flour mill for an introduction to sourdough baking.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make and maintain a sourdough culture, gain a better understanding of flour, fermentation, and how to bake with freshly milled wholegrain flours. Mix and develop dough, and shape and bake a simple country loaf. Customise breads with whole grains, seeds, fruits and different flours. Also discover how to solve common sourdough problems.
