    Experience the unique Italian blend of sophistication and rustic charm at this informative hands-on biscotti-making workshop and afternoon tea. Learn the history of this delicious treat and discover a new taste sensation – biscotti paired with Rutherglen vin santo.

    It is anticipated the session will begin with a meet and greet over a welcome glass of Cofield Wines Prosecco which is paired with a traditional sparkling wine matched biscotti.

    The workshop itself will cover the cultural history of biscotti (twice baked cookies) and a welcome of open discussion amongst the group followed by a hands-on biscotti making activity.

    The day will conclude with a traditional Italian afternoon tea. Lake Moodemere Estate Biancone will be paired with a traditional vin santo matched biscotti.

    Maximum eight persons per workshop.
